Conversation is the crux of all relationships and for this reason a base for everything else. Getting good results and achieving your agenda keenly depend on creating positive emotions and attitudes in relationships, and adhering to them.
In this sense, goal-oriented conversation assures a win/win solution,
even through difficult situations.This is not an oratory seminar in the usual sense. In fact, the participants practice fundamental communication skills applicable to daily scenarios,
both professional and private. -

METHOD
Small groups with a maximum of eight participants. Short theory sections rotate with many intensively coached and video-supported exercises and role-plays, so that every attendee is able to explicitly address his strengths and weaknesses, and therefore find himself mirrored in theory and praxis, and get feedback from others and the coach.

- Introduction – your questions and situations
- Interest – the wish to hear about something,
to take part in it and to work on it - Mental presence, active listening – body expressions, latent thoughts, feelings or emotions
- Intention – a frame of mind in which you really intend to get what you aim for
- Delivering a copy of your thoughts to others – and getting your thoughts across by establishing those in your own mind first, and secondly defining how you want to convey them
- Being open – to all point of views and opinions of others as a prerequisite for real understanding – not only verbal but including all possible murmurs and emotions
- Active listening and understanding – three variations of a feedback with your inner disposition truly wanting to insinuate what your partner tries to tell you, listen actively and point out that you got the message
- Goal – in the sense of productivity and motivation focus on your established goals and results
- Getting appropriate and real answers to your questions, focus on your goals, letting nothing distract you
- Win/Win – conducting all communication and personal relationships in this spirit
- Good results – through real understanding the other person is able to change his attitude to a subject appropriately. Even in the case of different opinions on a subject, he will, therefore, constructively contribute through good interpersonal relationships to usefully set goals.
