EFFECTIVE TIME AND SELF MANAGEMENT – PRODUCTIVITY WITHOUT STRESS
-
PERSONAL GOALS AND RESULTS
The goals of an organization are the canon of all business and form the basis for assigning conscious, disciplined priorities.
Aligned with goals are reasonable short-, middle- or long-term strategies for the effective implementation in the daily activities. They require fast, proven and precise communication – both internally and externally – and the use of necessary resources.
The participants will learn how to reduce unimportant and circumstantial accidentals and expenditures of time, and thereby how to achieve maximum productivity with a minimum of activity and resources.
Through the activity, they will get the chance to be mirrored and to assert what they did right or wrong in their past, and to define how they can do better in the future.
-
TARGET GROUP
This seminar is designed for all managers and employers who would like to have more time for themselves and their teams, and use this time more effectively – leisure time, too.
-
METHOD
In small groups, elements of theory are followed with discussion and teamwork exercises. The participants will be asked to continuously adjust their expectations and achievements, and will receive direct feedback on their self-perception.
