The person

Wolfgang Knüfer was born in Oberhausen, Germany, in 1964. First he completed a commercial training in the steel industry. The major fields of his following studies in the USA were psychology, management and marketing. There he additionally acquired practical experience at IBM and the telephone company Pacific Bell in California.

Afterwards, Wolfgang Knüfer worked for the Lück GmbH in Bocholt for ten years,
first as product manager then as marketing and sales manager and finally as managing director. He was responsible for marketing, sales, customer service, product development and communication for the corporate divisions medical, industry and trade. Thereby Wolfgang Knüfer focussed his activities on the core target groups and established Lück as one of the market leaders in Germany, Western Europe and the USA.

In 1999 Wolfgang Knüfer started his own business as management trainer with the aim of assisting the management staff and their organizations with internally desired changes. In doing so he focusses on fundamental and harmoniously coordinated measures always conforming to the specific current situation of the company or the participant.

Wolfgang Knüfer’s working languages are English and German. He is part of a network of trainers in Germany and the USA who can be integrated into projects in interrelated contents and measures. Wolfgang Knüfer published numerous expert articles in German and international magazines.
