PROFITING FROM THE KNOWLEDGE WITHIN AN ORGANIZATION. DEFINING GOALS,
PRIORITIES AND VALUES. NO WRITTEN REPORTS.
MAKING THE COMPANY THE CENTER OF ATTENTION.
ENSURING INNOVATION, POWER AND SUSTAINABILITY

DALLAS, TEXAS, USA, APRIL 24TH, 11 AM – BEGINNING THE STAFF QUESTIONNAIRE

Six cards with questions are laid out on the table in front of Wolfgang Knüfer, when he starts to interview the first employee. “I work with five open questions and one «king’s or queen’s question», and every attendee gets the same questions”, explains Knüfer.

The staff survey is the first component of the Knüfer support range. It helps to initially capture the current situation of a company, for which the employees are a highly reliable source of information. “The knowledge an organization needs is always available within the organization itself”, believes Wolfgang Knüfer. “Most of the employees are eagerly willing to share their opinions and experience, rather than having the feeling of being interrogated.”

  • NO WRITTEN REPORTS

The results of this survey will not end up in a pile of paper, but rather in a specific recommendation for solving issues.

These recommendations include the definition of goals and value systems and above all a precise definition of what is offered as the “product”, because the focus of all observations is at all times the customer. Only by detecting the customer’s true needs and assuring an improvement in meeting them can a company sustain competitiveness in the long run.

Innovation, productivity and sustainability should always be on the mind. Simply put: improve each and every day.

Coaching for the improvement of process organization and the specific use of resources and potentials completes the Knüfer services in the implementation stage.

All these components form a complete system that starts processes of change within all staff members, boosts their motivation and productivity, and therefore finally leads to highly satisfied customers and the achievement of defined goals.

Every step in this process is closely linked to the trainings and coachings, since it always creates a “demand for behavior”, as Wolfgang Knüfer says.

  • OPEN COMMUNICATION

“During my consultancy, the view of the company on the whole is important, not the view of the proprietor or an investor”, describes Wolfgang Knüfer.

His personal experience as an executive director of a medium-sized company helps him in doing so. “As an independent, external consultant, I am always committed to my statements, which are based on my values and philosophy. The quality of work significantly depends on transparency in communication.”

“The purpose of a company
is to create a customer.”
