Six cards with questions are laid out on the table in front of Wolfgang Knüfer, when he starts to interview the first employee. “I work with five open questions and one «king’s or queen’s question», and every attendee gets the same questions”, explains Knüfer.
The staff survey is the first component of the Knüfer support range.
