Getting along well with each other on the basis of human values is of great importance in order to achieve the agreed goals and to supply the desired product. Those values describe HOW to get along with each other regarding the important triangle of management, staff and customer as well as the overall behaviour in collaboration with each other.

This does not only apply to the interpersonal level, but in particular to the level of efficient productivity. Starting with the recruitment process, it depends on both levels, whether employees and executives will find a home in your organization. A home that encourages them in the long term to take a productive part in the achievement of the defined goals. As the former Volkswagen chairman Heinrich Nordhoff already said: “The worth of an organization is determined by the people working for it and the spirit in which they do so.”

On the basis of a first collection of key points and in collaboration with the employees we develop a definition of how they intend to deal with one another. How are the responsibilities defined? Who is when available for whom? How to proceed with praise and criticism? And what happens in case of possible conflicts? Result of the discussion is a simple, pragmatic list of the most important rules and guidelines.

As these precise values are prepared in detail and can be used in practice, they are one of the most important tools for the management on all levels. They help keep alive the mental and emotional parts of the product and are supplied by all employees in the same quality. Thereby they build a bridge between goals and products.
